What will this training
do for you?

  • You will become well-versed in how to teach environmental awareness, sustainability, and climate change topics to young children.

  • You will become familiar with each module, as we discuss the objectives and activities and provide you with a knowledge base for the subject and language for the worldly concerns adults may encounter.

  • You will have your module materials organized and ready to go. (We will even do a few activities together!)

  • You will become educated in the interconnected systems within our natural and physical environments and the ways in which all humans can positively impact each other and our planet.

  • You will feel confident in closing the climate education gap.

  • You will become an Earth Friend! Once you have completed the training, you will receive the curriculum, module kits, and be welcomed into our Earth Friends Community of Practice. You can begin teaching Earth Friends as early as Fall of 2024.

  • You will be able to teach Earth Friends every year and be supported by updated resources and a growing community.
